- Grew up in a small Georgia town with a desire to see some of the places I had read about and many I had not. I moved to Alaska and lived there for about ten years. My jobs took me to many parts of the state including Barrow, Nome, Kodiak Island and many more. I have also lived in California, Oregon and now Washington state. Ever since I first saw miniature horse, I have thought they would be lovely housepets! They are certainly the size of some dogs! But there are so many bylaws against them...

I've seen cows that act like pets. They get excited and hop up and down when their food is brought to them, just like a dog.
this is hilarious, they have to put signs up for EVERY thing in america, who woulda thought anyone would. lov eit
discrimination to horse's and cows or is it because dog poops are more welcomed?
