They are so cute,I don't know this bird, but they look to be easygoing and good friends.
BTW, I'm a good kitty, I don't chase birds, and in Brazil I have a hummingbird friend, and I miss him so much, he used to visit me in the same time, every day in my balcony there.Great friend!

I'm guessing the chick will be a turkey, judging from the back feathers..

I think they will be ostriches. We just went to an ostrich farm that had babies, and tomorrow I'm posting the rare red necked ostrich. The babies I saw weren't this little, though. These are cute!! Hmmm...they could be something else, though.

They certainly are cute chicks no matter what they grow-up to be, Judy.
My uneducated guess would be turkeys.. but then again I don't know what I will be when I grow-up.
(and thats not likely to happen any time soon;)

They look like baby partridge or grouse to me, but perhaps they will be turkeys....can't tell by their size but their feathers are the exact color of partridges.
