Unique Tires

The theme for this week's Photo Time is Unique Tires. This was a tough one but after much thought I found these tires and wheels. The top photo is a sign at one of our local bicycle shops, when the wind blows the wheel spins. The last two photos are of a toy I picked up at a yard sale. I use it as a little plant stand. For more photos visit Freda at Photo Time.

I am still having internet connection problems. Our service was down Friday evening and all that night. We were not home most of yesterday and when we got home our service was down again. I am so far behind on my visits to your blogs but I am going to try and catch up with everyone later today.

these certainly fit under the word Unique! i realy, really like that sign shot. it is so amazing to me that the close up tire was on such a small vehicle. not what i expected it to be. i like closeups because it changes the perspective completley.

Hi Judy, Sorry about all of your internet problems.. Hope they get it fixed for you soon. I understand about being 'behind'.... ha

Love your 'wheels' post... IF I ever do a meme, it would be one like this with different themes each week--that would be a challenge... That sounds like fun.

Hugs,
Betsy

Love the tires...and have you ever wondered how people could get on the bike? Did they climb a ladder to jump on?

I didn't know you were having internet problems, oh so frustrating! Is it your provider or on your end? That is such a creative and delightful plant stand, I would never have thought of it, but people will take a second look!

Being unconnected is certainly frustrating, isn't Judy. Been there more than once :(

Seeing your great shots of these unique wheels reminds me of the child's song about 'the wheels going around and around'.. it keeps playing in my head.

Have a wonderful Monday ;)

I love the first photo! When I was little, not far from my hometown there was a shop that had a car on the roof, well, more like just one side of the car, but every time I passed by I wandered how it got there. One convenient way would have been from the bridge next to the house. Well, I was 5 or so, don't laugh at me :)
