Not even a paper dollar to crinkle in my hands
Oh seven golden daffodils all shining in the sun
To light our way to evening when our day is done
Whenever I see daffodils I think of this song. I have sung it with friends around many campfires in many places. The harmony on this song is amazing. A friend of mine back in the late seventies had this song played at her wedding and carried a bouquet of daffodils.

Sorry I haven't been around much this week. We are gearing up for a large spay/neuter event this weekend and things are getting very hectic. I will catch up with everyone as soon as possible when things calm down.
(Mom here, if you look closely in Little Boy's left ear you will see the green tattoo we give to some of the cats that come through our program. True feral cats in colonies are ear tipped.)
